The research samples were taken from a population of 29 companies listed on Indonesia stock exchange. The data were processed using partial least squares (pls) program, and from the data processing and hypothesis testing, there were 8 (eight) hypothesis accepted, and three (3) hypothesis rejected. Abstract: ... The purpose of the study is to investigate the administrative challenges faced by head teachers, challenges faced by teachers and students in the implementation of IBSC. Research Development and Diffusion Model was employed. The findings were: no classrooms designated for IBSC,KNEC and KICD syllabus are not in harmony, time allocated to teach IBSC is not adequate, abstract and wide IBSC content and difficult language in the text books. Study concluded that time allocated for teaching IBSC was inadequate, inadequate teaching/learning resources, inadequate physical facilities, KNEC and K.I.C.D syllabuses are not in harmony, and IBSC is wide and abstract. Number 1 Title: An Examination of the Current Status of Garment Workers in Bangladesh

Abstract: ... Garments sector is the life blood of Bangladesh as the agricultural land has there been turned to a country of garments industries. Employment in the Ready-made garment sector in Bangladesh provides workers with economic benefits and some empowerment. More than 3.2 million people are working in this sector and about 5000 garments factories are scattered across the country. 78 per cent of our foreign earnings come from this sector. So it will not be an overstatement to say that, we earn our bread from garments industries. The study attempts to explore the present socio-economic status of the garments workers. The study based mainly on economic and social status of 100 garments workers from Rampura and Badda areas of Dhaka City. It was found that the socio-economic condition of the Garments workers is not in a lofty stage. Amongst the workers about 70 per cent are women, who work dawn to dusk even up to late night when their wages are not in the satisfactory level. They cannot afford their foods, cloths, housing, medicines, and educations of their wards as they are ill paid. On the contrary, their children are deprived from their care; they suffer from malnutrition and unhygienic complexities. They have no time or scope for recreation. During the study it was found that, worldwide economic meltdown has affected RMG sector of Bangladesh as some workers have lost their jobs and trend of works have been declined. At the end of the study, some recommendations were placed to improve the present conditions of the garments workers as well as garments sector of the country. Show More
Number 1 Title: Effect of Product Re-Packaging on Consumer Buying Behaviour towards Selected Cosmetics Products in Abia State, Nigeria

Abstract: ... The main objective of this study is to examine the effect of product re-packaging on consumer buying behaviour towards selected Cosmetics products in Abia State, Nigeria. The population of this study was made up of all cosmetics users in Umuahia, Abia State. The researcher applied both the probability and non-probability sampling methods. Primary Data was used in the study. Data obtained for the study was analyzed using simple regression model. All analyses were performed through the use of SPSS software version 25.0. Simple regression analysis revealed that re-packaged product’s size exerts statistically significant and positive effect on customers’ patronage of cosmetics products in Abia State. Similarly, repackaged colour of a product was found to be statistically significant and positively related to customer patronage towards cosmetics products. It was further found that re-packaged product design exerts statistically significant and positive effect on customer patronage towards cosmetics products. The study recommended that customers’ preference for colours should be determined during product re-packaging process in order to ensure that the right colour mix is used. Also, cosmetics manufacturers should consider the use of different sizes that appeal to customers tastes and preferences during product repackaging so as to enhance customer patronage. The present paper assesses the social and economic situation of people living in Chhattisgarh and the factors responsible for their migration to other towns and cities in search of better livelihood and better quality of life. The study of internal migration assumes special importance in any state in the process of development. By its very nature internal migration, that is the movement of people across smaller units within the state, is related to a process of change occurring within the social system. Migration is an important feature of human civilization. It reflects, human endeavor to survive in the most testing conditions both natural and manmade. Migration in India is in existence historically. In Chhattisgarh, counter insurgency measures such as the creation of a popular movement to resist naxalist groups, Salwa Judum, has led to the forcible displacement of people throughout Bhairamgarh, Geedam Bijapur areas, under police and administrative supervision. According to official estimates approximately 15,000 people from 420 villages are living as refugees in temporary camps. People have left behind their cattle and most of their household goods. In response to that, a nationwide reform and revival exercise was initiated by the Government of India in 2004. Number 1 Title: Lean Accounting and Financial Performance of Listed Consumer Goods Manufacturing Companies in Nigeria

Abstract: ... This study examines lean accounting and financial performance of listed consumer goods manufacturing companies in Nigeria. The specific objectives of the study among others were to; determine the relationship between kaizen costing and return on asset of listed consumer goods manufacturing companies in Nigeria. Also, determine the relationship between just-in-time costing and return on asset of listed consumer goods manufacturing companies in Nigeria. And investigate the relationship between value stream mapping and return on asset of listed consumer goods manufacturing companies in Nigeria. The study adopted triangulation and correlational research design. The population for the study is three hundred and thirty-six (336) knowledgeable and competent staff of the nine (9) listed consumer goods manufacturing companies in Nigeria on the floor of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) as at 31 August 2021. The sample size for this study is (183). The instrument of the study is triangulation (primary data and secondary data). The formulated research questions were analyzed with descriptive statistics. The hypotheses were tested using the multiple regression analysis with the aid of E-view (10). The findings of the study among others were that there is an insignificant relationship between kaizen costing (KAC) and return on asset (ROA) of listed consumer goods manufacturing companies in Nigeria, also, there is significant relationship between just-in-time costing (JITC) and return on asset (ROA) of listed consumer goods manufacturing companies in Nigeria. And there is an insignificant relationship between value stream mapping (VSMC) and return on asset (ROA) of listed consumer goods manufacturing companies in Nigeria. In line with the findings the study recommends among others that: more should be learnt from the kaizen costing training institutes in Nigeria where they offer training and knowledge about Kaizen costing system and how to adopt and use the same to the benefit of the company. Manufacturing companies should uphold the practice of just-in-time costing (JITC) system considering its contribution to financial performance of listed consumer goods manufacturing companies in Nigeria. The study recommend that Nigeria food product companies should adopt traditional cost management techniques in order to significantly impact on financial performance instead of relying on lean accounting methods that staff does not have full knowledge and techniques.
